In July 2019 Havas relaunched ‘Long Live the Local’ for Britain’s Beer Alliance. The campaign was asking users to sign a petition urging the government to cut beer duty.
Analytics showed certain pages of the campaign’s website were not performing well towards increasing conversion and as a result a large number of users abandoned their journeys.
My task was to review the site and make UX recommendations for the improvement of user experience, increase conversion and decrease abandoned journeys. Once my recommendations were approved I implemented all the UI updates and aligned the visual design with the campaign refresh ready for launch.
