Branding agency Interbrand was working with engineering consultancy Mott MacDonald on a new visual identity.
I joined the project’s multidisciplinary team as the lead UI designer. In the first phase I took the new identity, logo and colour palette created by the brand team and translated them into digital assets and expanded them into a library of UI elements.
In the second phase of the project I worked on redesigning the main page templates of Mott MacDonald’s global website. This introduced the new branding into the look and feel but also allowed some UX improvements especially around the site’s responsiveness and introduction of new user journeys (e.g. applying for jobs) which did not exist before.
